The firm is seeking a civil litigation attorney who will have the opportunity to practice in a variety of practice areas, work with a number of partners, have direct client contact, and participate alongside a partner and, potentially, other team members at all stages of litigation – from intake to trial and everything in between. Candidates should have 3-5 years complex civil litigation experience; excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills; outstanding academic credentials; and experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Candidates should desire to develop an active trial practice, be eager to take responsibility for a varied caseload with significant client contact, and must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
