Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon is seeking to grow its real estate group in its Pensacola office with the addition of an attorney with 1-8 years of transactional real estate experience. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions representing real estate developers, condo and homeowner associations, property owners, financial institutions, and others who regularly engage in real estate and related transactions. You will collaborate with over 25 talented and team-oriented attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL Have excellent written and oral communication skills Excel in a team environment Be highly motivated and a self-starter Be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Have transactional real estate experience, including title review and document drafting SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising support staff including but not limited to paralegals and legal assistants.
