Kaufman Dolowich, a rapidly expanding national law firm of 200+ attorneys across 15 offices, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience for its Woodbury, Long Island office. A minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and employment contract cases. Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes. Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial. Strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills. The total annual compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
