Finance Associate - Los Angeles Allen Matkins is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Commercial Finance group in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and the closing of complex lending transactions—including real estate, commercial, securities, and/or asset-backed loans. Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience is also valued. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are essential. Admission to the State Bar of California is required. The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $225,000 to $275,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
