New York Haynes Boone is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with at least five years of insurance litigation experience to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance litigation experience and also experience preparing coverage analyses, pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. The ideal candidate also will have extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts. Candidate should be confident to be the lead attorney on several matters, have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $365,000 to $435,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
