Litigation Associate – Mid-Level to Senior

The Portland office of Bullivant Houser is seeking an associate attorney with four or more years of relevant experience in handling cases in the areas of complex civil litigation defense, including personal and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, construction defect, contract, and employment trial work. This position involves all phases of litigation with increasing responsibility for file management, including legal research, drafting pleadings, reviewing and propounding discovery, managing files, and appearing and presenting arguments at hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
