Job Summary The Antitrust group of the Litigation & Enforcement department is seeking an experienced associate (4 – 6 years of experience), with a deep understanding of government regulatory procedures, to join the firm’s team in Washington, D.C. Required Skills/Abilities Candidates must have an extensive amount of experience in conducting antitrust due diligence, assessing risks and handling the antitrust review process relating to mergers & acquisition transactions. Candidates should also have experience in handling “second request” and other government antitrust investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and/or state enforcers and able to defend acquisitions that are challenged in court. Candidates will need to possess excellent written and oral communication skills in order to routinely advise corporate clients. Antitrust litigation experience will be useful, but is not required. Candidates applying for this position should also be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
