We are searching for junior associate to join our Corporate group in our Boston office. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings and/or growth and private equity, but also might have experience with mergers & acquisitions. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Depending on existing experience, your practice at Gunderson would involve a mix of counseling early stage entrepreneurs, representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. You will have significant client contact on a daily basis, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of venture funds. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued. Job Requirements: JD 2021 - 2022 Previous large law firm experience required
