Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s London office are looking for an England & Wales qualified Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate, with between 1 to 3 years’ PQE. We are looking for: UK trained and qualified associate with between 1 to 3 years’ PQE. Candidates who have good experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base. Candidates who have a good grasp and working experience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements. Candidates who have good experience with restructuring related proceedings, including experience with working with multiple jurisdictions. Candidates who have had good levels of responsibility and who have well developed drafting and negotiation skills. Candidates who are committed, enthusiastic, driven and versatile. More importantly, we are looking for candidates who we and our clients will enjoy working with. Candidates who are intellectually outstanding with good team skills, a natural collegiality and a genuine desire and enthusiasm to embrace a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy work.
