Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Northwest Indiana office, with the ability to work primarily remotely within Indiana or Illinois. Ideal candidates will have experience with general liability defense (ex. product liability, construction defect, premises liability, vehicle liability matters) and/or professional liability defense (ex. medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, errors and omissions defense). Candidates must also have strong written communication skills and experience drafting complex opinions and motions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice with opportunity for advancement. Indiana bar admission is required and Illinois bar admission is a plus (candidates working remotely from Illinois must have Illinois bar admission).
