5-6 years of experience San Francisco Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael and Walnut Creek (hybrid) Our Land Use Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate with 5-6 years of experience in land use. Ideal candidates will have significant experience representing public agencies, property owners and developers on complex land use and entitlement matters. A strong background in planning and zoning law, CEQA compliance, the Subdivision Map Act, natural resources permitting, and municipal law is required. Experience handling matters involving water rights and Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) and basic real estate transactional experience is a plus. This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael or Walnut Creek. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $210,000 and $225,000.
