The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking an attorney with 6+ years of RE Fund & PPM experience to join its thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with private securities offerings (particularly in real estate syndications), corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience working on real estate and private equity fund formation is a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Portable business is a plus but is not required.
