The team seeks an Associate with 0-3 years of experience with an interest in focusing on trust & estate litigation while also working on estate planning matters. This role will assist with the following, under the supervision of a more senior attorney: Draft pleadings for probate administration including estate inventories and correspondence Draft pleadings for contested matters arising in probate, trust and guardianship administration Draft outgoing interrogatories and requests for production, as well as responses for incoming discovery requests, as part of the discovery process in contested matters Principals only.
