The associate attorney would work closely with the office’s established team of litigators and robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement. This position contemplates a hybrid or fully in-office arrangement. Qualifications/Requirements: Admitted to the Washington Bar. 1 – 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting. Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $180,000 based on experience.
