The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas: 4-6 years of experience working on both single-plaintiff and class action labor and employment matters. Strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Trial experience a plus. Experience advising clients on personnel issues preferred. Admitted to the CA bar. Strong academic background from a top-tier law school and exceptional writing skills required.
