The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join our Houston office. The successful candidate will have 4-5 years substantive experience in private M&A transactions, preferably with significant experience handling M&A for Private Equity clients. They should be capable of handling smaller deals with limited supervision and leading larger deals with direct partner supervision and have experience drafting and negotiating partnership/LLC agreements and other organizational documents. Additional experience in fund work (primary fund offerings as well as secondary fund transfers) and experience with public M&A is a plus, but not required.
