Has an immediate opening for an experienced Associate or Partner to join the General Liability practice group. The individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of general liability, defense litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 5+ years of experience, preferably in defense litigation. Flexibility to work remotely from PA or NJ, with the ability to occasionally travel to our Philadelphia or NJ offices as needed (i.e. trial preparation, deposition, client meeting, etc.).
