Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and general corporate counseling, with the ability to play a lead role in a transaction. Exposure to public companies and capital markets, as well as large law firm experience strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
