Dickinson Wright seeks an associate attorney to join our corporate law practice group in Nashville, TN. Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, real estate finance, and general corporate matters. Candidates must also have a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service; strong communications, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
