Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our team and support our growing Startup and M&A practice groups. The ideal candidate will have experience as a corporate paralegal at a law firm, as well as a keen interest in working closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients. This position plays a key role working as a team with our attorneys and directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Include: Qualifications: Work Hours: This is a non-exempt hybrid position and eligible for overtime compensation. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The ability to work longer hours is essential during peak workload periods. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $80,000 – $105,000. The base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience.
