Who you are: You have an advanced degree (preferred) in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or applicable experience in the petrochemical industry, especially in downstream technology. You have 8+ years of patent prosecution experience including significant experience with original drafting of patent applications, prosecuting applications before the USPTO, coordinating prosecution before foreign patent offices while working with local counsel, and client interfacing to provide strategic counseling. You thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters. You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. You enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff. You are enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
