Clark Hill PLC is in need of an experienced (8 years+) Paralegal for the Tax and Estate Planning practice in our Los Angeles, CA office. This person will be responsible for the preparation of client’s estate planning documents, and probate and trust administration, along with related real estate and corporate/transactional work . Qualified candidates should possess excellent computer skills, strong math skills, and a high-level attention to detail. Qualified candidates should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required. The candidate, at least for the first year, would be required to spend at least 4 days in the downtown LA offices. The salary range at the time of posting is $95,000 - $120,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
