King & Spalding seeks a junior associate or staff attorney to support its Trademark and Copyright Prosecution, Counseling, and Litigation practice. Qualified candidates will have relevant experience in the areas of trademark, copyright, and related intellectual property law, and, ideally, experience in trademark searching and clearance, US and international trademark filing and prosecution (including prosecution of applications before the USPTO), internet and domain name enforcement (including UDRP proceedings), and general trademark and copyright counseling. The successful candidate will also be entrepreneurial and business minded, with strong academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
