Lowenstein Sandler’s Intellectual Property team is seeking a highly qualified Patent Associate or Patent Agent in our Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA locations. Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with work experience as a software developer, is required. Must be admitted to the USPTO.
