The new Atlanta office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Finance team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm Is preferred. Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.
