Reporting to the Litigation Partner, this role will be responsible to provide professional legal counsel and representation for various litigation matters. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Research and prepare formal and informal memoranda, pleadings, trial and appellate briefs, resolutions, legal and general correspondence.
