The candidate will have a profile that satisfies the following: - At least 3 years of post-qualification experience with Hong Kong qualification in corporate practice involving IPOs, cross-border M&As, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and / or corporate and commercial law experience; - Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and drafting skills; - Self-motivated and be able to work independently; - Strong language skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English are required.
