The Tax Department of the Chicago office is looking for two to three junior to mid-level associates (2-5 years of experience) with transactional tax experience. The individual should have significant deal experience working in a similar environment at a peer firm. A high level of academic achievement, sophisticated deal and solid law firm experience are required. Junior to Mid-Level Associate
