<p></p> Company Rite Aid Shift Day Job Type Full time Requisition JR029258 Last Updated 2024-02-13 Department Legal Department <b>Job Locations </b> Valley Green - Corporate - 200 Newberry Commons, Etters, PA, 17319 Remote- United States Job Summary The Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert in Legal on employment related matters including providing advice and counsel to human resources, assisting with employment-related policies, procedures and identifying best practices, partnering with corporate and field human resources on matters, managing and/or supporting employment-related investigations, managing litigated and non-litigated employment disputes, providing support on labor matters as needed and further providing other support within the Legal department as assigned. Frequent independent judgments are essential.
