Our commitment to excellence and innovation sets us apart in the industry, making this opportunity truly exceptional. </div> <div></div> <div> <br> You will support the ongoing development of our comprehensive compliance program and lead efforts to provide analysis and guidance on laws, regulations, and complex compliance issues for group insurance for our Benefits and Protection business area. </div> <div> <br> </div> <div> <b>Responsibilities:</b> </div> <ul> <li> Conduct thorough compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies</li> <li> Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a flawless compliance environment</li> <li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations</li> <li> Monitor and analyze regulatory developments to determine their impact on the company and provide guidance to management</li> <li> Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on compliance matters</li> <li> Investigate and resolve compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary</li> <li> Keep informed about the latest developments in the industry and actively suggest enhancements to current compliance procedures.</li> <li> Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support</li> </ul> Who You Are: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li> 6+ years of proven experience in a compliance or similar role within the finance or insurance industry</li> <li> Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards </li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve potential compliance issues</li> <li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.</li> <li> Demonstrated drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> <li> Strict adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity</li> <li> Ability to determine appropriate courses of action and successfully implement compliance solutions</li> </ul> Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $95200 - $182400 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
