<p>This Assistant District Attorney position is a .60 FTE position to be filled in the District Attorney’s office for Marquette County, located in Montello, WI. This is a State position in the unclassified service.</p>
<p> Please note positions of 0.60 FTE or greater are eligible for benefits, including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits.</p>

<p>The starting hourly rate for this unclassified Assistant District Attorney position is $36.00 per hour.</p>
<b> Job Details</b>

<p>Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.</p>
<b> Qualifications</b>

<p>Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.</p>
