Experienced Real Estate/Finance Attorney—Seattle, Washington Miller Nash is seeking an experienced attorney in real estate and finance matters to join its team in Seattle, Washington. Necessary experience includes experience in real estate acquisition and finance, commercial lending, commercial secured transactions, and real estate investment. Our ideal candidate has experience working with financial institutions and is ready to hit the ground running by assisting clients with drafting and negotiating debt and security documents as well as purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title reports, due diligence, and managing escrow closings. Some client base is required, and candidates must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. California State Bar license is a plus.
