The Firm seeks an associate to assist in patent litigation matters. Requirements include a minimum of three years’ experience in litigation. Candidates must have superior communication skills and ability to work with clients. Prosecution experience and knowledge of the ITC is a plus. U.S. Patent Bar also a plus.
