Job Description: Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for a Financial Services Enforcement/Litigation associate to be based in its Chicago, Santa Monica, San Francisco or Washington, DC office. Attorneys with two to five years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have: (i) a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; (ii) specific experience in financial services matters; (iii) experience with government agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, bank regulatory agencies or a state attorney general; and/or (iv) a demonstrated background/interest in financial services matters. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
