Robins Kaplan LLP has an opportunity for an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Business Litigation Practice in our Los Angeles office. Qualified candidates must have experience in general commercial litigation. Responsibilities include working with our business litigation team to manage a high-volume case load and a wide variety of other tasks associated with complex commercial litigation and trials. This role will also support our Insurance Litigation Practice. We’re looking for a team player with exceptional research and writing skills; strong academic credentials; excellent oral and written communication skills; wide-ranging litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial motion practice. Judicial clerkship is a plus, but not a requirement. Bar admission in California required. Los Angeles Salary Range: $190,000 - $200,000 annually. Ultimately, work location, experience, and other job-related factors will be used to determine compensation.
