The Antitrust & Competition group is looking for two experienced associates who have practice experience, will take a proactive approach to work, and assist with the growth of Davis Polk’s expanding European practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and matter management skills as well as experience advising on a range of high-profile cross-border matters, spanning merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations, compliance counselling and foreign direct investment screening in multiple jurisdictions, including on cases before the Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission. Successful candidates will be based in London but will also work closely with team members in the Davis Polk Brussels office as well as our top ranked US antitrust practice.
