We are looking for a corporate associate to join our Corporate team in Jakarta. Role Requirements Bachelor in law from notable university in Indonesia; You will have 3-4 years PQE in managing transactional deals across multiple sectors such as Financial Institutions, Technology, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Energy; Must have strong M&A and PE experience; Confident and self-motivated Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions; Excellent team player - ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients; Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both writing and speaking.
