Description
Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Department has an opening for a Patent Agent or Technology Specialist with two to three years’ experience and a background in wireless engineering, electrical and computer engineering, or related fields. The candidate must also have at least three years of patent prosecution experience. We seek applicants with strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position will involve representation of a variety of technology companies, ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, in patent prosecution matters.
