California Offices (Los Angles, Orange County, and San Diego) Allen Matkins is seeking a tax associate with 1 - 3 years of diversified transactional tax experience. Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work. - Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred. - A high level of academic achievement. - An LL.M. is helpful but not required. - Admission to the State Bar of California. The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $200,000 to $225,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
