We are seeking an experienced Real Estate and Litigation Paralegal in our Troy, MI office. This position will focus on commercial real estate workouts and foreclosures in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. Primary Responsibilities: Title and survey review Property diligence and research Review of local codes and ordinances Drafting, and coordinating service and publication, of various notices Docket review and filing of pleadings Drafting documents for attorney review, including assignments, discharges, property transfer instruments, motions, and pleadings Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications High attention to detail Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines and priorities For consideration, please submit cover letter and resume via the Apply link.
