The Labor & Employment group of Reed Smith’s Dallas office is looking to hire a Junior to Mid-Level Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience defending employment litigation matters and administrative actions (including performing legal research, drafting position statements, drafting and responding to discovery requests, defending depositions, drafting mediation statements, and helping develop case strategy) and providing timely advice and counsel related to major federal, state, and local employment laws.
