Trusts & Estates Senior Associate / Counsel (Los Angeles) Loeb & Loeb’s Trusts & Estates Department is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel level attorney to join its Los Angeles office. The candidate must have experience with high net worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trust agreements. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in post-mortem trust and estate settlement matters, including federal transfer taxes and California probate administration, and will be responsible for providing counsel and representation in such matters. The candidate will work closely with trustees, executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other involved parties to provide guidance on tax reporting, administration and disposition of estate assets in accordance with the governing estate plan documents, relevant laws and regulations. Successful candidates will have excellent writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.
