The ideal candidate should have 5-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation, preferably in the personal injury and/or product liability defense context. Candidates should have experience with all aspects of a civil case including handling fact and expert discovery, drafting and arguing procedural, evidentiary and dispositive motions, and participating in court conferences, hearings and trials. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills, paired with enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation.
