The New York Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation associate with two to five years of experience in Life Sciences, including patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, biochemistry, and an advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is not required, but is a plus. The salary range in New York for this role is $235,000 - $365,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
