The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its New York, NY office with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing dynamic Professional Liability group. The successful candidate will assist in defending cases in a variety of practice areas including Legal Malpractice, Employment Law, Commercial Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability cases. The successful candidate will have a command of New York practice and need minimal oversight conducting depositions and drafting dispositive motions. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to confidently interact with attorney-clients and other professional clients. A working knowledge of federal practice is a plus, but not required. As a regional office of Marshall Dennehey, the New York, NY office is backed by the resources of a 500 lawyer firm.
