NY Global Finance Associate (2nd-5th Year)

Paul Hastings is seeking Finance Associates with two to five years of experience to join the firm’s rapidly growing global finance practice in New York. Candidates must have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a plus but not required. The group’s clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
