We are seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join our premier Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety (EIRS) team to be based in any of our Australian offices – Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. In this role you will work closely with leading Partners and Lawyers across your local and national teams. You will undertake a range of work that supports and advises blue chip clients across multiple sectors on employment law, industrial relations and safety matters. In this role, your key focus will be driving the Knowledge-related activities in the EIRS group as well as playing a key role in driving legal learning, client-facing knowledge initiatives and projects focused on improving the way we deliver work. You will be an integral part of our EIRS legal practice, and our Partners and solicitors will rely on you as a key conduit for delivering and maximising the benefit of our expertise for our people and our clients. As a practising lawyer with experience in improving knowledge sharing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and efficiency is maintained and enhanced across your practice group.
