The Role The ideal candidate will have significant private equity transactional experience (e.g. business services, infrastructure, real estate), and now wish to apply that deep expertise in a knowledge role. Experience working on growth capital and venture capital (in addition to private equity) will also be welcome. This new PSL role will focus on the London-based private capital practice covering private equity, infrastructure investment and growth capital. It is an exciting moment to join this practice at a time of rapid growth. The role will include establishing our financial sponsor PSL capability, and over time would be expected to expand to support our pan-European private equity practice. Responsibilities The role is strategic and varied. The primary initial responsibility of the role will be to lead on the coordination of a market-leading, automated suite of equity documents for deployment across the range of private equity, growth capital and real assets investment situations. Other key responsibilities would include a combination of the following: Co-ordination and upkeep of these model forms and existing equivalents Thought leadership client campaigns and events Preparing, co-ordinating and presenting client training and internal training Dealing with technical queries from the private capital markets practices
