Dinse P.C., a full service commercial law firm in Burlington, Vermont, is accepting applications for an entry-level associate to join the firm’s litigation group. The individual hired for this position will work closely with several partners in the firm’s litigation group and will have significant responsibility for research and writing substantive motions, briefs, and memoranda, as well as the opportunity to attend and conduct hearings and depositions, and to handle cases with supervision. Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and the desire and aptitude to represent the firm and its clients in adversarial proceedings. Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
