Procopio is seeking to hire a Senior Associate with approximately 7–10 years of real estate and business litigation experience to join our team in the Orange County office. This position provides the opportunity to work on complex matters for a diverse client base, with direct client contact and mentorship opportunities in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Please note this position is an in-person opportunity, with a minimum of 4 days in office. Ideal candidates will have experience handling commercial real estate disputes, property disputes, partnership and corporate conflicts, commercial loan litigation, and creditors’ rights matters. Candidates should have a strong litigation background, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, or trials. Excellent research, analytical, and written and oral advocacy skills are required. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team. Experience mentoring junior attorneys is a plus. This position requires California bar admission and a strong academic record. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred; candidates from government litigation backgrounds will also be considered. Typical salary range is from $240,000 to $280,000 depending on experience. In addition, this role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, bringing the possible total compensation range to $260,000-$350,000 annually.
